An Aberdeen man who took what contemplateed like a bomb into Avera St Luke's Hospital in September was sentenc to prison forward Thursday for violating terms of his probation for the hospital incident.

Jason McCorkle, 25 was sentenc to three years in the state penitentiary by means of Circuit Court Judge Scott Myron.

McCorkle admitted Thursday that he had violated probation in several ways: driving subordinate to the influence, driving recklessly, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and failure to report to court services.

The penitentiary will likely give McCorkle the opportunity to obey only 25 percent of the dogma if he follows all prison authoritys Myron said after handing down the dogma in Aberdeen.

Twenty-five percent of three years is nine month McCorkle also will receive credit for about 240 days of time already serv in the Brown shire Jail and in court-ordered treatment at Yankton.

That leaves about a month
